Promote the profession of chef and to support the techniques that part of the heritage of french cuisine
The first edition of the INTERNATIONAL CUISINE CUP organised by the Mutuelles des Cuisiners de France will take place on 9 an 10 March 2010 at EUROPAIN & INTERSUC.
This competition are looking for a talented individual who can represent the best of French cuisine through their working methods, choice of flavours, combinations of ingredients and presentation of their dishes
Entrants must produce two recipe. The meat dish must consist of a stuffed saddle of lamb and the dessert, which should include citrus fruit, should be a new recipe devised by the chef.
