The First European Cup of Pizza in double

The First European Cup of Pizza in double is a competition where there must be a Pizzaiolo with a Chef  or a Baker with a Chef.

This kind of couple will compete togheter . Pizzaiolo or the Baker will think about the dough and about the cooking in the oven , while the Chef will think about the recipe and the ingredients to put on the pizza.


Once the pizza is cooked and prepared they togheter will take the pizza in front of the judges, they will explain how they prepared that pizza and than they will cut the pizza in slices to be given to the judges to tast them and to give  the right points according to the taste of the pizza and about the good baking of it.

When one couple has finished to demonstrate their pizza , another couple will start to prepare their own pizza and so on .

At the end of the competition , according to the points that  each couple received from the judges the couple that will have the higher score will be the winner .


Competitors can take their own dough and ingredients from home. They can also decide to mix the dough directly during the Show. In this case they should come earlier to prepare the dough.

They will only prepare one pizza for the judges, there is no limit time for the competition ,they have to work as they do in their own Restaurant-Pizzeria.
