NEW FOR 2010!

The French Schools Cup consists of 3 categories: bakery, viennoiserie and pastry, and will award prizes for teams at CAP level (1) and BP/BTM/BM level (2).

The competition is directed at students in education aged up to 22 years; it is open to all stage one training centres for French qualifications CAP, BP, BTM and BM in bakery/patisserie.

Competitors take part in teams of 3 at the same level of education (CAP or BP/BTM/BM), including at least one female member. The teams will be accompanied by one bakery teacher and one pastry teacher.

Participants will have to produce individual products in bakery, viennoiserie and pastry categories.

The panel of judges will be formed of teachers and figures from the world of bakery, pastry, confectionery and catering, chosen for their high profile, technological expertise, professional experience and neutral position.

The competition is being organised by Europain in partnership with LEMPA (Laboratoire d’Essais des Matériels & Produits Alimentaires)
