In 2010, the exhibition will present the first Bakery Masters

including 3 following competitions :

  • Bread
  • Viennoiserie
  • Artistic Design
Will be qualified to participate to the first Bakery Masters :
 
  • The top 12 from the Bakery World Cup 2008
  • the top 6 from the qualifying rounds of the Louis Lesaffre Cup 2007
  • 6 « wild cards » directly selected byt the steering committee of the Bakery Masters

In total 24 individual entrants.
